Perhaps the best restaurant in town. Delicious food served with professionalism and style by impeccable staff. Moderate prices and excellent location. If you are visiting the city I highly recommend this place.

Stopped here in Ioannina while visit family. I’m from Chicago. This place has an Awesome menu and the portions are very plentiful and authentic. I had the Beefteki and it was as if my grandmother made it. I highly recommend to dine here when in the area.

Balsamico was simply amazing in terms of food and portions. The food is delicious, the portions are plentiful, the staff is attentive and the restrooms are clean.
There are seating options inside and in the garden. If you are going on a summer day, it will be more pleasant to sit outside.
You may have to wait in line for a while as the demand is high. They serve you liquor while you wait in line.
The only problem is that there can be a bit of chaos due to demand.- Στάθμευση

I am basing my review on my personal experience as my wife’s opinion differs from mine. First of all, the restaurant was full yet the service was friendly and crisp. I had the rooster from the oven with spaghetti which was excellent. My wife, however, had the pork ribs which were dry but her meal was rescued by the excellent balsamic house sale which we all enjoyed.

Great location, right by the castle. Tasty food, sheep meat was great, desert on the house was truly amazing, but most importantly, Anthi made me feel welcome and was super attentive. I came for the food, but I'd come back for the service!

Amazing place, incredible service, and even better food! I came with my family and all our dishes were incredible. They also have so many options to choose from ranging from Greek food to more international dishes as well as combinations which was amazing. Would definitely recommend and come back myself.

The staff was super nice and polite. They offered us a shot of peach liqueur while waiting for the table. The food came fast and it tasted really good. The quality of food was excellent and worth the price. The service was fast and super organised. I definitely recommend it. Plus it also has a very nice view of the historical castles.

This place has the traditional Greek food dishes but made in a more nice dining experience. It’s a great place when you want to take people out for a nice sit down dining experience. It was hot in the evening but they had fans which was very helpful. The location is great and you’ll want to sit for hours there to people watch along with the fort across from it. English also spoken by the wait staff.
